In order to be eligible for a refund, your tee must have visible defects or damage, as we promise high quality tees and want you to receive them the way you expected them to arrive
Initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team at admin@jetvamp.com.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
If the item is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@jetvamp.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
